Vintage VW Kombi at UTLT UTLT ~ The Mindful Place to B & Be!™

Please note that the VW Kombi is a stationary part of accommodation at UTLT and is not for hire as a touring van.

Our vintage 1977 iconic VW T2 bay window Kombi is available for a memorable stay during the summer months when it will be permanently parked between the Lime and Walnut trees. Wake up to an unmatched view of the valley in this bygone beauty giving you a unique glamping experience whilst having all of today’s mod cons nearby in the Barn.

In this awesome stationary edition to the accommodation at UTLT you won’t be going anywhere other than back in time to the seventies! Open only June, July and August because the Kombi has to hibernate in the winter to keep in tip-top condition.

Sleep snuggly under the stars in this simply lovely sung and cosy space for two. In the morning begin the day soaking up the sensational sights and sounds unique to life at Under The Lime Tree. A small in-built gas cooker is available to boil a kettle and keep yourself hydrated or we’ll provide flasks if you fancy. A set of picnic accessories is also provided for you to enjoy if you wish, but all the kitchen facilities in the barn are available for your use.

The interior of the camper van is tiny so it’s ideal for a short stay on a budget. There is some stow away space in a cupboard above the 3/4 ‘rock n roll’ bed, as well as further storage underneath the bed. Dedicated loungers and a table and chairs are yours to enjoy when you step outside.
All linen is provided.

Arrange your breakfast at an agreed time and enjoy other meals during your stay by booking them in advance. Alternatively, the Barn summer kitchen is available for all day teas and coffees and shared storage of food and drinks.

There is also the possibility to self-cater if preferred. Please note that all catering and self-catering at UTLT is strictly vegetarian or vegan. A supplement of 5€ is applied daily for use of the gas cooker, otherwise use of the kitchen is free of charge.

The mod cons of hot showers, wash basins and toilets are in the Barn, pretty much next door.

The VW Kombi may be available for chauffeured wedding hire. Please Contact Me for further information.
